What is A.L.C?
Adventures of Little Chef is an independent culinary travel series exploring how food connects people, places, and stories.
Created by Ray (Little Chef), the project documents real experiences across different regions—highlighting local restaurants, farms, food producers, and the communities behind them.
Where did A.L.C begin?
In 2025, Little Chef completed a self-funded culinary journey across 18 states, cooking in 9 of them while connecting with people and food cultures along the way.
This project is built on real travel, real conversations, and lived experience—not just concept.
What's next for A.L.C?
The Adventures of Little Chef is currently developing the first season across the Southeast, connecting with restaurants, farms, and food producers to document their stories.
The goal is to visit and document:
• Local restaurants with history and community roots
• Farms and food producers
• Markets and cultural food spaces
• Everyday places with meaningful stories
Each episode captures not just the food—but the people and purpose behind it.
